One of our major products is Glycerine USP Kosher 99.7% min. which we supply from various sources depending on customer needs. The quality of our Glycerine far exceeds the requirements of our clients; we supply a 100 % vegetable derived material that meets USP/EP specs and is Kosher and Halal certified. We also have a GMO free product derived from 100 % Palm Oil or Palm Kernel. We work closely with our customers and suppliers to assure that their needs are met by our products.
A growing area for our company is in mergers and acquisitions of chemical companies for our trading partners. Through the use of our extensive worldwide contacts, we initiate and assist in the transactions of mergers and acquisitions for our clients. This service is provided on a fee basis and all transactions are regarded confidential until such time that the parties make them public knowledge.
